A flagship feature developed for Addland, enabling both registered and guest users to instantly generate and purchase comprehensive offline property reports. Each report consolidates millions of data points to deliver a complete pre-search risk assessment, focusing on legal title boundaries and property history.
This project was driven by extensive user research to understand how consumers interpret and categorise complex property information. Data was sourced from a wide range of suppliers and required advanced normalisation and address mapping to unify disparate information to a single property reference. The final report design integrates text, visualisations, graphs, and contextual explanations, making complex information accessible and actionable for users.
The Property Report quickly became a cornerstone product for Addland, with ongoing enhancements including customisable branding and template options.
